no tft rewards bug?

I finished gold 1 on this account but received no rewards for tft. My other account had no problems with solo q or tft rewards.

is this a bug? My honour level is 3, so that isnt the problem.

They don't send all rewards out at the same time, it takes a bit for them to roll them out to everyone.
