How has this been a problem for 3 months.

Teamfight tactics. A game I have been wanting to play for a very long time after coming from both dota underlords and the original auto-chess I was ready to see what league had to offer. As soon as me and both of my close friends attempt to get into a game they load in, I do not and I have a bugsplat error and cannot reconnect to the game I never connected to. This has been on discussion boards for over 3 months. This is pathetic, I just want to play a video game.
