Repeating Crossbow description fails.

I was playing TFT yesterday and got the new item "Repeating Crossbow", I gave that item to a champion but when that champion died it went to a different champion from my team. But if the new champion held the item the description was broken.

PS. that item didn't always switch from champion if the other champion who held it died. (I thought it always should change to a new champion when a other one died).
