TFT Skips first carousel due to bug, which I thought has been already fixed.

New patch has come around bringing back bug which has been hotfixed last patch. Symptoms are all the same: loading screen freezes and stays like that until first carousel is over and you got random champion already fighting first minion round. [sg-janna]

Not only does it skip the first carousel for me, it also doesn't center on my champion. As if Riot hated me for some reason, spacebar hotkey doesn't work on top of that (neither does clicking on my icon). So at the beginning I have to find my champion on my own.
