Brand/Veigar 6 mage ult issues
It seems like brand/veigar 3 will target 2 things for the two ult casts on 100% mana but if one of those dies before the ult is cast, its sometimes (or never) recasts to another target.

I might be getting the same bug. My brand has occassionally never fired his second fireball, but I'm not quite sure why.
