Teamfight Tactics Bug?

Every game I have ever tried loads the game, I hear the "choosing" screen, but it still displays the loading screen. once it finally loads, I see that some of the others have had a chance to choose a champion, though I end up having 2 seconds to find my champion then start moving, thus I end up with whatever random champion is given to me.
I do understand the potential of lag, as I have noticed an input lag in some games, but nothing quantifiable really. the only thing I can fully say is ask for the loading screen to have an indicator as to where you're starting at.

This happens to me as well, and always happens when there is a new patch. I dont have the best pc or the best internet connection, but both are good enough to play at 60 ms and 120 fps. And yes, its very annoying having 1 second to find something good on the carusel, and you cant even contest another player for it, that, if isnt that the carusel screen loads after everyone had picked their champs.
