So I started a normal game of TFT. Everything was going great up until the loading screen for TFT didn't pop up. Now I can't join this game. It would be really bad if this happened in a comp game so I just hope it gets fixed and now imma go get some breakfast.
legit happen to me past week now i sent bug report but nothing no help ... 6 games lost in ranked to this ....
Legit I have done like three games now always the same erros so rip my rank on TFT ffs. Fix this please its not a software issue because it wasn't yesterday before this patch.
I played a normal TFT yesterday and when I went to play ranked today, it didn't launch. I tried logging out to get it to restart, just keeps saying I'm in a game and not letting me do anything.[cass-cry]
Same thing happened here, do you know that if the game finishes I can go into other games?
So this has happened to me twice today now. For a quick fix, open your task manager and kill all instances of LoL and then reopen the game. If you're quick enough you might get in before second creep round. This needs to be fixed though, no idea what is the cause.
true i have the same issue except mine was a ranked game, big rip. its been constantly stuck on "game is still in progress" and i restarted my client 3 times also can't search for any other games lmao
I've realized I was launching it with an icon pinned on the desktop, maybe this caused it... having the same issue though. deleted my client settings file as mentioned prior and unpinned, we'll see if that works.
it seems that i have the same kind of problem explained by OP, i'll just leave this comment so maybe we can have more impact
Wtf this just happened to me in a ranked game and I tried restarting and ending all tasks. I’m pretty sure I just gotta wait for this game to be over. You guys really gotta fix this

Just happened to me during a ranked game and I'm not happy. Such a stupid bug that should be highest priority for Riot.
This happens for me every 3 or 4 games its actually unplayable. I miss the first 2 or 3 rounds while im closing the application in task manager and restarting. missing the early rounds and losing to minions is hard to come back from in ranked.
same thin happend to me. on ranked game.
Same thing keeps happening to me. I would start a rank tft game, accept the que but then the game window never actually starts. I log out and back in and the game says I am in game with no reconnect button. It's pretty frustrating and losing lp over something I have no control over really sucks.
client exe derped in the processes,you need to go to taskmanager and kill it manually and then button "reconnect" will reappear.
