Carousel Bugged

First, turn down the volume as it's a bit lout (sorry). Second, it seems that the carousel is bugged when you try to grab a champ. I was clearly in Lucian's circle according to the clip but I was given Vayne instead. It might be due to the camera angle in game but that still doesn't explain how my character was in the Lucian circle but Vayne was grabbed. Hopefully this gets a fix!
