I lost all my items i had bought in a bundle

Back in 2016 i had bought the ssw bundle that included skins, champions and more, it had been a long time since i logged onto this account so today i decided to hop on, only to realize all my items from the bundle were gone except for the icon and no i cant select the skins in champ select, has anybody else encountered this? anything i can do?
