TFT LAG: Elder Drag gave me 1 item + 2 black boxes??

​Steps I took when it happened:

1. Fought Dragon in TFT
2. Dropped 1 item + 2 black boxes?
3. Tried putting black boxes on Volibear
4. Black box says it's a "Loot Bag" - no image displayed, no bonus displayedé
