Luden's Echo

I wound up trying Luden's Echo, i figured Lucian has sort of a spammable spell, it should be a nice combo, I thought. It deals 20 splash dmg instead of 200, so it's basically useless. I sold an early lv2 Lucian to try it out on a lv1 Kennen, but it got even worse. Luden's doesnt proc off of Kennen's ult at all.

In short, avoid Luden's altogether until it's patched.
