DerMangoJoghurt1 votesNo, that's really how he works. When he ults a target with a lower level than him, his ults damage gets increased to 19999. It even got increased from 9999 this patch, as shown in the patch notes. Some damage gets reduced by magic resistance and that's how you end up with 16000 damage dealt.
Perhaps you missed that this was Teamfight Tactics related.
