Ahri always tries to Q champions out of range

I don't know what the ahri Q code is or how it works but I see it consistently try to Q someone who is in a far corner and miss it because that champ is out of range and thus just flat out missing the Q. This is especially problematic when there is someone right in front of ahri and attacking her but she decides to try to Q the draven in the corner rather than hitting the person attacking her. I feel like the priority system on her Q is just flat out broken. If it worked more like Pyke's E and would send the Q in the direction that it would hit the most champions then I don't think it would be that much of an issue.

Similar bad AI for most of the mages ult honestly. Kennen will ult and stay out of range to hit anyone with it. Veigar seems to pick a unit at random with his ult. Usually ending in taking 30% hp off a random carry in the back instead of finishing off any of the lower hp targets in front. Varus and Asol pick random targets for there line shot instead of trying to hit as many as possible. Liss ults herself sometimes, assassins targeting her sometimes, and other times the enemy backline. No idea what decides it. Brand usually will ult the 1 target alone by themself. Lulu polys the targets with the lowest total hp instead of lowest % hp. the list goes on and on, they really need to update the AI

Fiora is worse, imo, she will ult into thin air.

The AI is really frustratingly bad. Ignoring units with a sliver of health in the hex beside them while focusing on a full health unit. Or the entire team focusing Kassadins shield when they literally could attack anything else. Lets not skip over units literally standing in place doing nothing.

Aatrox is a worse offender IMO. Why can't he even jump to another space? Would be less annoying. Also Rek'Sai.

one thing I noticed is that at max range q, it wont apply q damage despite items like ludens and morrelo procing.

This really reflects a greater issue with most champions. A darius will occasionally auto attack an enemy champion and kill it, but then use his ultimate on nothing. A similar issue happens with Mord and Fiora. Mord sometimes casts his ult on nothing after he kills a unit and fiora sometimes does the Ahri thing where she points the ultimate at something she cannot hit.
