TFT Unit Not Attacking (Possibly b/c of GA?)

I noticed that my units (and the opposing player's unit) stopped fighting when the opposing team's unit was revived with Guardian Angel. I've noticed units not attacking here and there in TFT but this seems to be a specific case. While the opposing player's unit was reviving, my team killed off the other unit, which resulted in them standing still and waiting there as if the game was over. I don't think my units (and the opposing player's) recognized the fact that the round was not over.
