mastery page bug (while in champ select)

Unable to access mastery page when in champ select. Not sure what caused it but this is what it looks like: https://i.postimg.cc/85fjdWQs/mastery-page-bug.png

Notice how you can see the very edges of the mastery page but 95% of it is inaccessible.
