Client Stuck at 0 during Ban Phase

So whenever I get into a game and pick my champion, the client goes into ban phase. I ban a character, (usually ) then wait for the clock to strike down. The clock gets to 0 and doesn't switch to my "lock in" phase. I know this isn't a problem on my end, because I can still send and receive messages, and many people have responded to said messages. I am forced to dodge, even if I'm trying to lock in the champ, because the client is stuck in ban phase. What usually happens is that a "trying to reconnect" Thing pops up, and still attempts to reconnect, EVEN WHEN I AM STILL RECEIVING MESSAGES.

I know this isn't my fault because: a.) Other people in my lobby have reported the same issue, usually at the same time b.) I've tried the entire repair list, including the patcher, and still have the problem.

I've lost several LP from this. (I mean i guess it won't matter cause of my rank) But it's difficult to try and play the game when I can't even lock in my champion.

Any tips (i tried your list riot) would be greatly appreciated.
