Permanently locked screen bug

I am unable to unlock my screen in tft even after unlocking my screen in regular league play. i am unable to scout enemy comps because of this making team comp building and strategy heavily luck based on only knowing those that i have played against.

This!!!! Please fix it... It's really annoying.. This bug has been out since the beginning of the mode release...
