My Sejuani stopped existing.

My Sejuani died as the last man standing in the turn before, and then didn't show up for the next round. The items she had was Dragon's Claw and Redemption. So when the next turn came aound i was unable to do anything to the space where Sejuani previously stood. When combat started the game took a Volibear from my bench into battle atomaticly. That round I was knocked out, and after the game in the stat screen the game was showing both the Sajuani and the Volibear to be in my team, wich would exceed my party limit.
