Bugged items

Hello there,

As you might understand by the subject of my ticket, I've been noticing a lot of bugs regards the items dropped by the mobs. Sometimes or I see the item and I can't use it nor drag it to a champion, and just like now, the game ended and apparently I'd an important item that was invisible. So this is very frustrating to deal with and unfair affecting many wins that become losses... -.-
