TFT Bug Never launched game got stuck at game is in progress and exited and reconnect failed

I tried to play tft. I couldn't connect and the client said game in progress. I closed and then reopened the client and then it glitched out like the image in the imgur link.

Update: I was able to play a new game when the last one ended but as soon as i accepted a new game it did the same thing but now there is a crash dump option but it is not fixing anything.

Newest update: I found a fix so it turns out the client just bugged out and you can fix it by going to task manager and ending all tasks related to league of legends.
