Veigar dmg bug

Name: DanoninoRo Date: 25.aug.2019 (17:00-17:30 Romainian time) Bug: I've made my veigar silver, my lisandra was the main with the items so veigar was just silver with no items at all. The first fight i was looking at dmg done.

Veigar did 23728 dmg (23k) Second fight he did 23658 (23k) Third fight 20213 (20k) and so on

I watched him a little and he was doing 19k dmg with his spell, again, with no items and only silver. It isn't a bug. Veigar does "execute" damage if he's 1 level (aka star) above his target. I don't remember how much it is, but it should be something like 9999 damage. In this case, what you're seeing there is a few abilities worth of damage.
