Selling Units regualrly sends them to bench, unusable.

I've been having this occur often since 9.14, where selling units will sometimes send them to the bench where they are stuck there, they can be used on the board, but I don't think that they can be upgraded. Very annoying as it takes up needed space, I have had up to 4 dead units on the bench at once.
