Hello, I just ran into a Janna bug in my ranked game. After making her tier 3 I noticed her AP got lowered to 80% and also her skill has 80% healing instead of base 100%. See a screenshot below.

Weird.

It's the hex bug, you merge her when she was on a hex, then the inferno item pops out.

If you give her any ap item it would go back to the correct number.
