Clients Broken

Client is acting as if it's severe lag in champ select, but everyone confirmed in chat they all have the same issues. No Summoner names, unable to select champ desired, and cannot ban. Causes champ select to timeout and results in a dodge timer. Currently logged in and no assets on the landing page are loading. Games broke. Happened twice in a row also to be sure it wasnt a one time bug.
