Akali ability inconsistent and mana regeneration bugged.

Feels like 50/50 whether the ability will hit or not. Also her first auto attack after casting never generates mana. This second bug I have seen it happen where the auto attack was directly after casting as well as when she has to walk to another enemy to auto attack. Neither generated mana :O
