So I'm unsure if this is the same for anyone else, but I have had a massive shift in MS since the last update. I ran the repair tool and nothing changed. Since the update, my ping has increased by just over 100~ MS.... Which is disappointing to say the least. Is this a known issue? If so is it being addressed or are we just lost in the woods for now?

What ISP are you on? There was apparently some issue with AT&T users within the past day or two.
Less important but FYI: your title made me think you were talking about Movement Speed. When you've got lag, just say you've got lag or latency problems (lag and ping are the most recognized terms for laypeople). It'll cause less confusion since people don't really refer to the units (ms = milliseconds) as the issue. If your car is running slower than it should, you don't tell the mechanic you have MPH/KPH changes.
