Bug? The Whole Banning System is a BUG

Literally played 4 games with trash iron-like teammates. Did you report them? And yes I did. Why tf are they still not banned or deranked. Jesus christ why the hell are you putting garbage players in my game. Riot, can you guys wake up and ban those inters?

No they can not.. being bad is not bannable... and if you were any good you would not be placed with irons in that many games in a row. A brand new level 30 gets placed higher then that..
