Teamfight tactics and tutorials interacting with xp boosts

Teamfight tactics and tutorials both don't give bonus XP when you buy a "Xnumber Wins XP boost". Which gives a flat amount of XP everytime a game is won (has always been EVERY gamemode). But they still remove a charge from the xp boost. [slayer-jinx-unamused]
