In TFT When you use a spatula to create a class item, it's supposed to drop the class-adding item if that champion is already that class. I used a spatula and a giant's belt to make a glacial, but the resulting frozen mallet did NOT drop off my level 2 Lissandra.
I had the same problem, very annoying. Does Riot not realize the ice lady was Glacial?
Same for Volibear and Frozen Mallet!

Same thing for Braum. Starter Braum had Giant's Belt, and when I added Spatula the Frozen Mallet didn't drop. I have a photo of it happening to me, but since this guy already uploaded his photo I'll just link to that.
I've been able to replicate the bug multiple times. Sees that this is caused when you add the spatula to the belt. My belief is that the game isn't recognizing the change to the "class" for mallet as other items that do the same. I have not had it happen yet where the item did not come off if the belt was the second item added, though It is more often bugged when spatula is added second. I would recommend avoiding making mallet on any unit that begins as a glacial if they are wearing the belt first.
SAME WITH ASHE!!!!! PLEASE FIX THIS. It can affect the outcome of a game.
