Guinsos Not Working as Inteded

I had it equipped on a Kindred. When the kindred would get the ranger buff, after it was over, it would take away all the attack speed gained by guinsos as well. Or it wasnt stacking at all. I'm not sure. But please check it. Chances are it's bugged.
