After losing a game of TFT and exiting i have to wait for the game to complete before queuing again.

After losing and exiting I can't queue again until the game is over. This happens every game, and if i restart my league client it just puts me back into spectating. It's super annoying to have to wait for every game to finish before queuing again, since most people don't have to. Anyone know a fix for this?
