Champion picks don't refresh to show all five

Not sure if i'm just lagging, but sometimes when i lock in the mode to get a certain pick on the next rotation then unlock it after, only 2 champions appear with 3 empty spaces...this has happened quite a few times.

this has happened in a good handful of my games as well
