Super slow client

idk why my client is really slow. the load up takes forever. the play button takes forever to load. sometimes i cant see if my champion locked in and the lock in button gets stuck.. what is going on with the client how do i fix all these issues? i also had this friends list bug. where i couldnt see anyone online
