I recently played a game where I had Hextech on my team, but when I disabled the Botrk on the opponent player the hero was still a blade master, and he still had the 3 blade master buff running despite only having 2 blade masters without the item.
Not sure if this is intended or not, but thought it would be something of interest.
Hextech is already stupid strong. if it disabled the faction buff that would be broken.
Hextech are already OP. They don't need to change it.
hextech was never thought out, it disables any start of combat buffs, doesnt disable spatula items, lasts an ungodly amount of time and yet hardly ever affects GA
its a good thing they are releasing new things while ignoring the mountain of bugs they still have to fix from the existing things /s
