Lucian Dashing Off Board?

Playing some Ranked TFT today and I built lvl 2 Lucian with 2 Shojin's and a Guinsoos (Yes I wanted RFC but I didn't get 2 recurve bows the whole match). During 2 rounds Lucian Dashed Off the board and out of Attack range for himself (and usually the enemy units). Eventually he would Dash the right direction and manage to get back onto the board, but that was anywhere between 5 seconds and never, and always too late to do anything because my team would be wiped by then.

Unfortunately I couldn't get a good screen shot because the first time he dashed off, he was hidden so far to the right that he was hidden behind the damage tool bar, and the second time he dashed back on before I could take the screenshot. I uploaded this screenshot so that A) you could see the build and B) see both me and my opponent spamming the missing ping. However, I wanted to bring it up so that someone was aware of it.

I'm going to record gameplay and try to recreate the bug so I can have some video proof.
