After the Game is loaded my screen freezes until end of first carousel

The bug reported in the title has been there since the launch of the game and now it's startirting to annoy me a little bit. Now that I know the basics of the game it's sad to can't choose the champ in the beginning. Please help

This is a bug where your PC can't handle the video or graphic settings, i have this too. The developers/staff are aware of this bug, but there are no updates as of yet.
