Item disappears

So I was playing tft I had a skarner 1* with guinsoo, rapid fire canon and shojin. I sell my skarner to make room for some ranger, and I was never able to find that guisoo. My guess is that the item bench was full and the item disappeared because of that. That was kinda annoying.

Item also disappeared for me. I hold on to spatula for the whole game, and in few last round I decided to use it, and it was not there.
