I CANT CHOOSE CHAMPION

when I apply the match(Rank) and Client show me is black screen and I can hear the sound of champion selection, but I cannot operate my client.

So I can only opt out of the client, I wasted a victory for this because I was in the promotion stage.

Who can tell me what happened and why I have to lose it.
