Had neeko / ivern / maokai, switched neeko and ivern for predators and the synergies were still there and working until something happened and maokai didn't clone himself anymore after couple rounds, but druid seemed to still work.
Have happened this couple of times, can't recreate it, seems like it just randomly happens, and as far as i have noticed it does it only on Maokai and Leblanc.
I had the same problem. I later on removed Maokai and Ivern from my team and added Woodland Lux, it counted it as 5 Woodland and stopped working.
Idk about your particular situation, but I have noticed that sometimes the clone synergy will stop working if it attempts to clone a champion that doesn't have any adjacent hexes open.
So, for example if you have a Maokai at the front, but it's closed in by other champions then it can't clone to an open hex to use the synergy.
