TFT Bugged my client

So i started a normal TFT game and then it occured a error saying C:\Users\utilizador\AppData\Local\Temp\PKM335.tmp has crashed the game or something, so i reinstalled everything, logged in to my account and there is only the reconnect option when i pressed it, it does nothing Can someone help me?
