Skarner ult doesnt scale with ap.
Built Rabadon on skarner and the shield does not scale with ap. I had tier 3 skarner with Rabadon which should give 1250 but gave around 450.

I confirm, I had a skarner 3 with 3 rabadon on it, only to see it barely getting a shield that did maybe 25% of his hp (2.2k) when it show that he should receive a shield of 3.5k
