Forming Ranked 5v5's Team - Read Description Please!!!

Hey guys! A few of us are forming a ranked 5v5's team. Our sole purpose isn't to be the best (Although we will try to climb the ladder the best we can), our purpose is to learn from one another and take criticism, while trying to advance into a higher elo and earn the end of season rewards. We do not require you to be of extraordinary high elo, but we do desire for you to be dedicated and commit to the times when we play. If you are unable to make practice at our desired times, we highly suggest you do not apply, because we will not hesitate in booting you from the team. We are looking for people who can play perhaps 2-3 times per night on weekdays and maybe more on weekends (After all, some of us may be busy). It is also desired that you have a form of communicating through iMessage because we will be informing one another whether or not we will play that night, and changes to our schedule, etc. Currently, the roster consists of:

I am not a bandwagon guy What would you bring to the team?: I'm a chill, funny guy that is confident and willing to learn. I dont rage either What are you strengths/weaknesses: I can get along with anyone and I know what i can and can't do. I can not stand ragers though. It brings out the worst in me and i just want to avoid them completely so if i run into one, i will probably just leave the call to avoid them. Any other information:

I would either be on around 6 and play til like 12 or 1, Or be on after 10pm and play for awhile. What would you bring to the team?: I have very strong critical thinking and decision making skills that im looking to translate into ranked 5 success, Im really into analyzing the meta and understanding what makes certain picks strong and believe i can be of a great help.

What are you strengths/weaknesses: Skilled at understanding what needs to be done to win and that its a team game, great game knowledge, calm under pressure, competitive drive. Weaknesses are I haven't practiced lane swap starts but I understand the concept of them

IGN: Lil FLubber Age: 18 Position Desired: I can fill! But honestly best at support -4 Best Champions in Desired Position: basically anyone! But Nami, Morg, Annie, (okay seriously honestly anyone come on) Availability: Basically every night :) I have a rehearsal Monday nights for about an hour usually and a few concerts here and there every couple months Time Zone: EST (NY) Favorite LCS Team (NA/EU, LCS/CS): Don't watch much of it actually,, but I very much enjoy the way TSM plays What would you bring to the team?: My personality mostly. I have a way of keeping people on task while still making it fun. I think it's important to be a little upset when you are learning from mistakes, but to get over it quickly and learn! Not making that same mistake can easily win you the game 15 minutes later. I have a way of keeping hotheads cool, although of course it's always easier to not deal with them in the first place ;). Uhh I call people sexy or babe a lot idk why it's kinda my thing, so maybe your self esteem will go up lol idk how y'all think. What are you strengths/weaknesses: I don't enjoy shotcalling, but to be honest I'm a pretty level-headed shotcaller. I'm good at defending/getting kills while getting dove under tower. If I find myself in an unfavourable lane, I can just farm and chill, either wait for a gank, bait a dive, or stay farming till teamfights/objective calls (dragon etc) Any other information: honestly just add me in game....experience with me is gonna be a shit ton better than reading this :D anddd my Skype is [email protected] (the one with the cool mohawk, and no that is not me lol).
