Forming Ranked 5v5's Team - Looking For ADC

Quick Note: We are looking for an ADC at the moment. Hey guys! A few of us are forming a ranked 5v5's team. Our sole purpose isn't to be the best (Although we will try to climb the ladder the best we can), our purpose is to learn from one another and take criticism, while trying to advance into a higher elo and earn the end of season rewards. We do not require you to be of extraordinary high elo, but we do desire for you to be dedicated and commit to the times when we play. If you are unable to make practice at our desired times, we highly suggest you do not apply, because we will not hesitate in booting you from the team. We are looking for someone who can play perhaps 2-3 times per night on weekdays and maybe more on weekends (After all, some of us may be busy). It is also desired that you have a form of communicating through iMessage because we will be informing one another whether or not we will play that night, and changes to our schedule, etc. Currently, the roster consists of:

IGN: Oh How Amazing Age: 18 -4 Best Champions in Desired Position: Kalista, Draven, Graves, Lucian Availability: Currently working 4/5 days a week, and going to class on 2. I can play anytime from 530pm (MST) to roughly 1/2 AM Time Zone: Mountain Standard Time Favorite LCS Team (NA/EU, LCS/CS): TSM, I've been a fan of all of the players individually from past teams, and solo queue and I just think they have a dream team now. What would you bring to the team?: I'd bring a dedicated and willing attitude to improve ourselves, not only as a team but also as individuals. I'd bring a very strong lane, a level head and some laughs. What are you strengths/weaknesses: My weakness right now is my laning phase. I personally think my game knowledge, team fighting and communication are some of my strengths.
