Rusty Bronze II Looking for regular duo partner(s)

I'm just getting back to the game after being gone several months. Wanting to start playing again and really getting into it like I used to. I was Silver III at my highest point, and Silver both last season and the season before. Now I'm Bronze II but ready to climb and looking for someone to do it with. OR, normals are fine too.

Looking for people who have Curse or Skype, and that are 16+.

I main support, with mid second. I'm decent at top and ADC when I have to do it, but suck at jungle and that gets even worse because my main jungler is worse and worse all the time.
