Looking for Plat+ Mid and ADC. Serious 5s Team

My rank is p3, and our team currently consists of myself and 2 close friends, a d5 jungle and a p4 support main, and we're looking for a Plat 5 + ADC and Mid to fill out our team. The first thing i would like to emphasize is this will be a serious team, we're going to be looking to set up a schedule that works with everyone involved asap.

Some other key points about the team is;

1. We're not tilty players, if we lose, we learn. We dont tilt, we dont get angry or toss blame, we're only going to learn off of our losses and thats something that is important to us.
2. We put a big emphasis on our champion select and getting good match ups, so we would highly prefer if you have majority of the champions so trading during champ select is possible.
3. Understand that team is different from solo q, we're going to be taking this serious, we're not looking for some vayne only adc that just wants to split and try to do everything them self, we're looking for flexable players, an adc that can play ashe for the cc, or trist for the pushing power etc. Same goes for mid, we're looking for someone that is able to play control mids, eg: Ori, Vik, Azir, Lulu, etc.
4. We'll be using Team Speak 3 to communicate as we have a private server, so please have that available.
5. Our support and jungle will be the primary shot callers for the team, of course we're open to more voices if youre the type of player to shot call, but if youre not then no worries we have it covered!

Also your timezone wont be an issue as we have players on both east and west coast.
