Creating Plat Ranked Team - Dynamic Q + Tournys

To start my IGN is: Perke . [NA] Ive been on multiple teams and have experience in all roles, I will be playing support. Ive been playing since S3 and am looking to get diamond shortly. (Currently p3-p2). Team games improves your skill much faster and can lead to good friendships and experiences, BUT this team will be serious, no lollygagging, an actual schedule for people to be on, and a google doc for upcoming weeks aswell as champs/things to improve on.

My current schedule, im free from 7am-9pm EST. Only looking/accepting people that are able to work within this time period. Availability is the #1 thing because without commitment there will be 0 success and only wasted time.

For the team looking for : Top Jng Mid ADC

I personally am capable of shot calling macro for the entire game, am open for others to communicate aswell though. For jungler the main thing I want to stress is im only interested in junglers that understand how important obj is over kills/farm.

Only other requirements are: Headset/Mic (Obviously.) Teamspeak 3 (I host a private server and thats how we will communicate) Plat+ Only. (I dont care if youre gold 1 90 lp if youre not plat im not interested) Diversity in champion selection (One trick ponys are great for solo q but are useless in team, adapt to the meta or dont bother playing a TEAM game)
