D5 Mid/Jungle/Top LF Serious team.

I've played a ton of ranked 5s over the last 2 years, I'd love to find a team that I can settle down with and grind the ladder. Most of the teams end up falling apart and so on. I'm looking for a team that has a manager/coach, and hopefully some analysts, with level headed players that don't rage often. I can play any of my roles very well, and I intend to improve and evolve my play style to that of a team.

Mid Champs: Fizz, Katarina, Morgana, Orianna, Ryze, Syndra, TF, Yasuo, Zed, Ziggs, Zilean Top Champs: Aatrox, Mundo, Garen, Gnar, Jax, Lulu, Malphite, Maokai, Nid, Panth, Rene, Riven, Rumble, Ryze, Shyv, Singed, Sion Jungle Champs: Amumu, Elise, Jarvan, Jax, Khaz, Lee, Maokai, Panth, Rengar, Sion, Wukong (bold being the best 3 in each role)
