Diamond player LF Team

I've been playing on ranked teams on and off for the last 3 years, was diamond last season. Friendly, competitive, sensible, and skilled top/mid player. I've also played support very well in the past, but I would have to catch up on it as of now. I'm looking for a team that plays pretty regularly, and is looking to compete in tournaments.
