Looking for serious players for 5's team [BtD]

Requirements:

( Personal )

Growth Mindset - We all can, and will, improve over time; without a similar attitude you won't be considered for the team.

Minimal rage - Self deprecation and anger over a mistake is frowned upon but acceptable to a degree, but any flaming will result in automatic disqualification.

( Game-play )

• Understand both teams win conditions in any given game.
• Know when to rotate on both offense and defense.
• Have solid mechanics on your champions (CS, SS, ETC.)
• Execute plays and adapt to unexpected in game situations.
• Communicate well with teammates (through pings at the minimum).
• Help maintain ward control and map awareness at a high level (this is not difficult once you know where to ward).

In summation: Not all of these things are entirely necessary to be considered for the team, however you will likely lose out to someone if they can perform multiple functions better than you.

Responsibilities include - Having fun first and foremost. Some days practice will seem like a chore but if you do not enjoy the game enough to play it every day (almost, obvious exceptions are assumed and can be discussed), and aren't motivated towards becoming one of the best teams to have ever played this game then this team is not for you.

1. Practicing everyday by yourself and several times a week as a team.
2. Having discord.
3. Willingness to go as far as the team is able: this includes scrims with other 5's teams, tournaments (Likely online if we're capable), reviewing games and discussing strategy.

Due to the difficulty in training newer players we'll only be accepting players who have ever been at least Gold 1 or higher. However, there will be an open clan chat in the game, and all are welcome to talk about League of Legends and potentially raise their rating high enough (eventually) to tryout for the team when openings arise.

This is an important screening process and for those who overlook it you stand no chance at joining - regardless of skill.
