Looking for a team

When it comes to playing league, I find myself less and less likely to play solo queue, and when I do play it it usually ends up just to halt decay. I suppose it's something about not knowing my team, not getting my role every game, or whatever. So if you look up my stats, they're probably lacking.

I suppose what I'm looking for is a permanent, dedicated (and active) team to grow with. One that can provide a constructive environment to improve, all of that nice stuff. Whether it's a 3v3 team, or a 5v5 team, or both - that's what I want in a team. A team that can understand that we're trying to play competitively, but know not to flame someone for a mistake - but at the same time also be able to take a joke.

I'm not looking for complex things like joining this glorified gaming community "go to this website and register blabla" sort of thing.

Anyways, important information: IGN: Resent For 5v5 my primary role is ADC, so that is what I am looking to fill for a team. For 3v3, I'm kind of all over the place. I don't like jungling, though.

I have a headset. I primarily use Skype, can use TS or Vent. I just don't like the push to talk concept. I have this week off, I do have a day job normally - to keep in mind for scheduling.
